I do not understand how the IOC justifies banning baseball from the Olympics. Baseball has been a success from the beginning, and has gained a wide fan base. I am surprised that there have not been major outcrys against this illogical decision. I encourage all of you to do what you can, to get baseball back in the Olympics...It's not too late, if we try hard enough.

How do you score it when a man is put on 2nd base after the 10th inning? What do you say got him there & , if he scores, is it an earned or unearned run and does the pitcher get charged with that run? When did this rule come about? It was used today in the USA and Cuba game. Can anyone enlighten me on this bizarre rule? Thanks

Are the IOC complete idiots? How can they bar baseball from the Olympics and keep such "sports!" as badminton!

Give me a break. They are worse than the communists!

In my mind, Baseball is the best sport that the Summer Olympics currently have; the IOC is making the biggest mistake of all big mistakes by barring it from the 2012 Summer Olympics!
